Human beings are not born once and for all on the day their mothers give birth to them ... life obliges them over and over again to give birth to themselves.
— Gabriel García Márquez

Whether you're just curious about the whole coaching thing, or ready to get down to it, it starts with a conversation.

It’s start-creating-the-life-you-want o’clock!

It’s start-creating-the-life-you-want o’clock!

I offer a free half-hour consultation during which we'll talk about the nuts and bolts of coaching — how much, how often, where, when, how it works, what to expect. I'll tell you a little about me and my approach. You'll tell me a little about you and what brought you here.

At the end of our conversation, you'll have a clearer sense of whether coaching might be right for you, and we’ll both have a sense if we'd make a good team or not.

If we decide to work together, one of the first things I’ll ask you to do is fill out a questionnaire that kickstarts our coaching relationship.

Then we have our first meeting — a two-hour foundational/discovery session to get to know each other, design our coaching relationship, and set direction.

Our subsequent sessions are 50-minutes long and we meet every other week by phone or video. There is homework in between sessions — always connected to your goals in some way.

The typical coaching relationship runs four to nine months, but some relationships last longer. Whatever floats your boat is cool with me.

And just as you look for a coach who will be the best fit for you, I look for the same thing on my end. Here's a list of the qualities that most jibe with who I am and what I do.

I aim to create an open, inclusive, and compassionate space for all my clients. I may not be the right coach for everyone, but I welcome working with folks of all kinds to figure that out — regardless of race, ethnicity, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion and other areas of human uniqueness.

I'm on Pacific Time, but coach people anywhere by phone or video. Fill out the form and let's talk!
